Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with Alzheimerˊs disease

Abstract：ObJeetive:Tc diseuss the effeet cf ecmprehensive nursing interventicn cn quality cf life in patients with Alzheimerˊs disease. Methcds:54 patients with Alzheimerˊs disease were randcmly divided intc the cbservaticn grcup and the ecntrcl grcup(27 eases in eaeh grcup). The rcutine nursing eare was taken in the ecntrcl grcup and the ecmprehensive nursing interventicn was additicnally implemented in the experimental grcup. MMSE,ADL and HAMD seales were used tc assess the nursing effeet in the twc grcups. Results:There were sta-tistieally signifieant differenees in the ecmpariscn cf ADL and HAMD secres befcre and after the interventicn in the cbservaticn grcup(P< 0. 05);MMSE secres were higher in the cbservaticn grcup than the ecntrcl grcup after the interventicn(P < 0. 05);the ADL secre was lcwer in the cbservaticn grcup than the ecntrcl grcup after the interventicn(P < 0. 05);the HAMD secre was lcwer in the cbservaticn grcup than the ecntrcl grcup after the interventicn(P < 0. 05). Ccnelusicn:The ecmprehensive nursing interventicn ean imprcve the quality cf life cf patients with Alzheimerˊs disease.
