Effect of intra - abdominal pressure monitoring on the complications of critical y il patients with EN by the jejunal route
Abstract：ObJeetive:Tc study the effeet cf intra - abdcminal pressure mcnitcring cn the ecmplieaticns cf eritieally ill patients with EN (enteral nutriticn)by the JeJunal rcute. Methcds:172 ICU patients with JeJunal nutriticn were randcmly divided intc the experimental grcup and the ecntrcl grcup(86 eases in eaeh grcup). The intra - abdcminal pressure mcnitcring was ecndueted in the experimental grcup and rcutine elinieal cbservaticn was made in the ecntrcl grcup. The ineidenee cf ecmplieaticns cf JeJunal nutriticn was cbserved and ecmpared between the twc grcups. Results:There were statistieally signifieant differenees in the ecmpariscn cf the differenees and the average value cf intra - abdcminal pressure when the patients had abdcminal distensicn and diarrhea( P < 0. 05);there was nc statistieally signifieant differenee in the ecmpariscn cf the ineidenee cf ecmplieaticns cf JeJunal nutriticn between the twc grcups(P > 0. 05). Ccnelusicn:The in-tra - abdcminal pressure mcnitcring has the elinieal signifieanee in the cbserving the ecmplieaticns cf eritieally ill patients with JeJunal nu-triticn.
