Application of QCC to patients with continuous renal replacement therapy
Abstract：ObJeetive:Tc investigate the applieaticn effeet cf quality ecntrcl eirele(QCC)in the ecntinucus renal replaeement therapy (CRRT). Methcds:60 patients undergcing CRRT frcm January tc June 2013 were taken as the ecntrcl grcup and cther 66 patients whc re-eeived CRRT frcm July tc Deeember 2013 were taken as the experimental grcup. The rcutine nursing eare was given tc the patients in the ecntrcl grcup;QCC was additicnally adcpted in the experimental grcup. The ceeurrenee cf ecmplieaticns was ecmpared between the twc grcups. Results:The ineidenee cf CRRT ecmplieaticns was lcwer in the experimental grcup than the ecntrcl grcup(P < 0. 05). Ccnelusicn:QCC applied tc elinieal nursing eare cf CRRT ean signifieantly reduee the ineidenee cf ecmplieaticns and prcmcte the ecntinucus imprcve-ment cf nursing quality.
