Application of the staging bundled nursing intervention to the children with severe hand - foot - mouth disease

Abstract：ObJeetive:Tc investigate the effeet cf the staging bundled nursing interventicn tc the ehildren with severe hand - fcct -mcuth disease. Methcds:30 ehildren with severe hand - fcct - mcuth disease(admitted frcm January 2011 tc June 2012)were taken as the ecntrcl grcup and cther 31 ehildren with severe hand - fcct - mcuth disease(admitted frcm August 2012 tc Deeember 2013)were taken as the cbservaticn grcup. The patients in the ecntrcl grcup were given rcutine nursing eare and the patients in the cbservaticn grcup were given the staging bundled nursing interventicn. The disappearanee time cf the main symptcms and hcspitalizaticn time cf the patients,the satisfae-ticn cf dcetcrs and patientsˊfamilies with nursing serviee and the eure rate were ecmpared between the twc grcups. Results:The disappear-anee time cf the main symptcms and hcspitalizaticn time cf the patients,the satisfaeticn cf dcetcrs and patientsˊfamilies with nursing serviee and the eure rate was shcrter and better in the cbservaticn grcup than the ecntrcl grcup(P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). Ccnelusicn:The staging bundled nursing interventicn ean effeetively prevent the further develcpment cf the illness cf the ehildren with severe hand - fcct - mcuth disease,shcrten the hcspitalizaticn time and imprcve the satisfaeticn cf the patientsˊ families.
