Abstract:Objective:To discuss the influence of "one to one" intervention support on delivery outcomes of pregnant women in late pregnancy. Methods:116 primiparas who established a card and took regular prenatal examination in the obstetric outpatient department of our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(58 cases in each group). The primiparas in the obser-vation group accepted the segmental"one to one" health education on labor knowledge in addition to routine prenatal examination and ma-ternal guidance in late pregnancy and the primiparas in the control group only received routine prenatal examination and maternal guid-ance. The mode of delivery, volume of postpartum bleeding in 24 hours after childbirth, duration of labor and Apgar score of newborn were compared between the two groups. Results:The rate of vaginal delivery was higher, volume of postpartum bleeding in 24 hours after child-birth was less and the duration of labor was shorter in the observation group than the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The "one to one" intervention support for pregnant women in late pregnancy can significantly shorten the production process and improve the success rate of natural delivery, safety and birth outcomes.
