Effect of "remote care" model on negative emotion of outpatients with diabetes
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of"remote care" model on negative emotion of outpatients with diabetes. Methods:174 dia-betic patients who accorded with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group(87 cases in each group). The routine nursing care for outpatients was taken in the control group and the"remote care" model was additionally pro-vided the patients in the experimental group. The questionnaire survey was conducted in the two groups by using HAMA and HAMD re-spectively in 6 months and one year after the intervention. Results:The scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower after the intervention for 6 months and one year than those before the intervention in the experimental group;the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower after the intervention for one year than those after the intervention for 6 months(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The"re-mote care" model has the obvious advantages in the control of negative emotion of outpatients with diabetes.
