Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention and regular follow-up on patients with primary hypertension after physical examination. Methods:120 patients who were diagnosed of primary hypertension after physical examination were randomly di-vided into the observation group and the control group(60 cases in each group). The self-management of the patients was implemented after physical examination in the control group and the comprehensive intervention was provided for the patients in observation group. The intervention effect was compared between the two groups after two-year regular follow-up. Results:The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of the patientˊs awareness of hypertension-related knowledge, diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the two groups after the interven-tion(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Application of comprehensive intervention and regular follow-up can effectively improve the effective rate of clinical treatment, enhance the patientˊs awareness of hypertension and change the bad living habits of patients with primary hypertension diagnosed after physical examination.
