Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Bobath therapy on the level II prevention of shoulder pain in the early rehabilitation nursing intervention on stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods:68 patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group(34 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and nursing care in the department of neurology and the patients in the intervention group were given extra early rehabilitation nursing intervention by adop-ting Bobath therapy. The U-FMA score,BI and VAS score were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Re-sults:The U-FMA score and BI were superior after the intervention to those before the intervention in the two groups(P<0. 05);U-FMA score,BI and VAS score were superior in the intervention group to the control group after the intervention(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The early rehabilitation nursing intervention by adopting Bobath therapy can effectively prevent shoulder pain of stroke patients with hemi-plegia and improve their motor function of the upper limb and ADL.
