Analysis of factors affecting psychological health status of nurses in lCU and countermeasures
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the psychological health status of nurses in ICU and discuss the factors affecting their psychological health status and the countermeasures. Methods:The symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to conduct a survey on 100 ICU nurses. Results:The total score of SCL-90 and the scores of the factors in this group were higher than those of the norm(P<0. 05);the factors such as marital status,years of engaging in nursing care,educational level and personal income have great influence on their mental health status(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The mental health of ICU nurses is poor,the efforts should be made to instruct them how to cope with stress through investigation and analysis of the related factors affecting their mental health so as to alleviate the psychological pressure and im-prove their mental health status.
