Application of the evidence -based nursing model to patients with surgery
Abstract：Objective :To evaluate the effect and application method of the evidence -based nursing model in patients with surger-y .Methods:180 patients with surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group (90 cases in each group) .The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the evidence -based nursing model was additionally adopted in the observation group ,the nursing effects were compared between the two groups .Results :The anxiety and depression status was milder in the observation group than the control group after nursing care (P<0 .05);the incidence of moderate and se-vere depression was lower after nursing care than that before nursing care in the observation group (P<0 .05);the difference in the comparison of heart rate and systolic pressure of the patients was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0 .05) . Conclusion :The evidence-based nursing model can relieve the anxiety and depression status of patients with surgery so as to en-sure the heart rate and blood pressure stable in the operation .
