Perioperative nursing care of 30 patients undergoing posterior correction operation on rigid severe scoliosis

Abstract：Objective :To explore the perioperative nursing methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the posterior correction operation on rigid severe scoliosis .Methods :60 patients who underwent posterior correction operation on rigid severe scoliosis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (30 cases in each group) .The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention and the perioperative nursing care of traditional Chinese and Western medi-cine was implemented in the experimental group based on the routine .The postoperative effective rate ,patient satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups .Results :The postoperative effective rate ,satisfaction rate and the incidence of complications were 96 .67% ,100% and 3 .33% respectively in the experimental group and 80% ,100% ,20% re-spectively in the control group ,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :The perioperative nursing intervention of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the patients undergoing the posterior correction operation on rigid severe scoliosis can significantly improve the postoperative effective rate and satisfaction rate of the patients and reduce the incidence of complications .
