Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention combined with non-convulsively electroconvulsive therapy on the curative effect and patientˊs compliance in the treatment of refractory depression. Methods:50 patients with refractory depres-sion were divided into the experimental group and the control group(25 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given conventional antidepressant treatment and the patients in the experimental group were additionally given non-convulsively electroconvul-sive therapy combined with psychological nursing intervention. The depression status and treatment compliance of the patients were com-pared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After 4 weeks of intervention,the score of Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAMD),the reduction rate of HAMD and treatment compliance of the patients were superior in the experimental group to the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The psychological nursing intervention combined with non-convulsively electroconvulsive therapy can im-prove the clinical effect and treatment compliance of the patients in the treatment of refractory depression.
