Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of systematic nursing intervention on ICU patients with enteral nutrition-associated diar-rhea. Methods:245 patients who were given enteral nutrition were randomly divided into the control group( n=122)and the observation group(n=123). The patients in the control group received routine nursing care of enteral nutrition and the patients in observation group were provided systematic nursing interventions. Results:The incidence of diarrhea and diarrhea-related complications was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The systematic nursing interventions for patients with enteral nutrition can effectively reduce the incidence of diarrhea and diarrhea-related complications.
