Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of Orem self-care theory combined with mental intervention on the immunologic function of postoperative patients with hysteromyomectomy. Methods:186 patients with hysteromyomectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(93 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group;the Orem self-care theory combined with mental intervention was carried out in the observation group. The perioperative immune function indexes, indicators of stress level and postoperative recovery of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The patientˊs IL-4 level was signifi-cantly lower and the level of IL-2,IgA,IgG and IgM was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group after nursing intervention(P〈0. 05);the preoperative and intraoperative indicators of stress level such as ANP,Cor,ACTH were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P〈0. 05);the anal exhaust time, ambulation time and total hospitalization time was significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The Orem self-care theory combined with psychological intervention can effectively optimize the perioperative immune function indexes, reduce stress level and accelerate the postop-erative recovery of the patients after hysteromyomectomy.
