Effect of early nursing intervention on the intel igence and behavior development of premature infants

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on the intelligence and behavior development of premature in-fants. Methods:140 premature infants treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(70 cases in each group). The routine nursing care and parental guidance was implemented in the control group and the early nursing intervention was adopted in the study group based on the routine one,the general development,intelligence development and neurobehavioral function of the infants were compared between the two groups in the 12th month after they were born. Results:The general development,intelligent DQ in-dicators,neurobehavioral function indicators of the infants were significantly better in the study group than the control group in the 12th month after they were born(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The early nursing intervention can effectively improve the intelligence and behavior development of premature infants.
