Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain of patients with thoracic surgery

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain of patients with thoracic sur-gery. Methods:78 patients with thoracic surgery were randomly divided into the control group( n=37 )and the observation group( n=41). The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care in the department of thoracic surgery and the patients in the ob-servation group were provided extra comprehensive nursing intervention,and nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Re-sults:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the score of postoperative pain,the postoperative use of analgesic drugs and satisfaction rate of the patients between the two groups(P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing interven-tion can effectively relieve postoperative pain and improve satisfaction rate of the patients with thoracic surgery.
