Effect of the whole course nursing intervention based on team management model on patients with diabetes

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of the whole course nursing intervention based on team management model on patients with diabetes. Methods:203 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group(n=115)and the control group(n=88). The conventional nursing model was implemented in the control group and the patients in the observation group were given whole course nursing intervention based on team management model. The disease control,awareness of health knowledge,health behavior,the score of life quality and satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The blood sugar control was better and the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05);the score of quality of life and satis-faction rate of the patients were higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The whole course nursing intervention based on team management model can significantly improve the patientˊs condition and satisfaction in the treatment of diabetic patients.
