Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of the change of peripheral blood serum IgG and different feeding methods on the immune function of infants. Methods:180 infants were randomly divided into the control group( without breast feeding),breast feeding group,bottle-feeding group and miXed feeding group(45 infants in each group). The peripheral blood of the infants were drawn respectively on the 3rd,20th and 43rd and in 3 and 6 months after the infants were born, the content of IgG,T cell subsets and the content of IgM and IgA were respectively determined. Results:The contents of IgG in serum decreased and the tending was more slowly in the breast feeding group than the other groups(P<0. 05);through the detection of T cell subsets, the difference in the comparison of the content of CD8+ was sta-tistically significant between the breast feeding group and the other groups(P<0. 05);the associated protein level with immune function of infants were correlated with pure breastfeeding, touching and age according to Spearman correlation analysis(P<0. 01 P<0. 05). Conclu-sion:Breastfeeding combined with touching intervention can improve the immune function of infants and reduce the decline rate of IgG, which is conducive to the healthy growth of babies.
