Abstract：Objective:To eXplore the influence of individualized nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:128 patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(64 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group received individualized nursing intervention. The treatment compliance and the scores of depression and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:The treatment compli-ance of the patients was better after the intervention than that before the intervention in the observation group and better than that in the control group(P<0. 05);the depression score was significantly lower after the intervention than that before the intervention in the obser-vation group and lower than that in the control group(P<0. 05);the score of quality of life of the patients in the observation group was higher after the intervention than that before the intervention and higher than that in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The indi-vidualized nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of treatment of patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuber-culosis,alleviate their depression and improve their quality of life.
