Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure. Methods:50 children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into the eXperimental group and the control group(25 cases in each group). The routine nursing measures were taken in the control group;the comprehensive nursing intervention was additionally provided for the children in the eXperimental group. The clinical nursing effect and satisfaction of the patientsˊfamilies were compared between the two groups. Results:The hospitalization time and anXiety scores of the patients were shorter and lower in the eXperimental group than the control group(P<0. 05);the cure rate and satisfaction rate of the patientsˊfamilies were sig-nificantly higher in the eXperimental group than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Implementation of comprehensive nursing inter-vention can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect and the satisfaction rate of the patientsˊfamilies in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure.
