Application of synchronous staging nursing in the interventional treatment of patients with acute lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of synchronous staging nursing in the interventional treatment of patients with acute lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion. Methods:48 patients treated from January 2012 to May 2013 were taken as the observation group and other 22 patients treated from January to December 2011 were taken as the control group. The synchronous staging nursing and conventional sur-gical nursing were respectively implemented in the two groups. The patient’s swelling, difference in temperature, pain and lower limb func-tion recovery were compared between the two groups. Results:The measured lower limb circumference value was significantly lower in the observation group after nursing care than that before nursing care(P<0. 05)and it had no significant change in the control group before and after nursing care(P>0. 05);the skin temperature of the affected limb was higher( >2. 5℃)in the observation group than the con-trol group(P<0. 01);the pain score was lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 01);there was statistically signifi-cant difference in the comparison of the lower limb function recovery of the patients between the two groups at discharge(P<0. 01). Con-clusion:The synchronous staging nursing can provide timely and proper nursing care aiming at the symptoms of the patients and can have surgeon accurately grasp the timing of surgery and reduce the occurrence of complications.
