Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of heated transfusion nursing care on perioperative stress responses of patients with limbs fracture. Methods:60 patients with limbs fracture(admitted to our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013)were taken as the observation group. The prospective study was made and the patients were given heated transfusion nursing care in this group;other 60 patients with limbs fracture(admitted to our hospital from Jan. 2011 to Apr. 2012)were taken as the control group, the retrospective study was made and the patients were given routine transfusion nursing care in this group. The postoperative recovery time and stress reaction index of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The postoperative bedridden time and the total hospitalization time was shorter in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);the level of TNF- αand IL-1 and the level of renin, epinephrine and norepi-nephrine was lower in the observation group than the control group one day before operation and on the same day after operation( P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The heated transfusion nursing care can promote postoperative recovery and control inflammation reaction of patients with limbs fracture, and it is regarded as the ideal method of transfusion during perioperative period.
