Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy of hyperthemal perfusion chemotherapy combined with radiofrequency hyperthermia therapy in the treatment of malignant peritoneal effusion and explore the nursing methods. Methods:68 patients with malignant peritoneal effusion were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(34 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy and the patients in the experimental group were treated with hyperthemal perfusion chemotherapy combined with radiofrequency hyperthermia therapy, the patients in both groups were given nursing intervention before and after the treatment. The curative effect, adverse reaction and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The effec-tive rate and the satisfaction rate of the patients were higher in the experimental group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The hyperthemal perfusion chemotherapy combined with radiofrequency hyperthermia therapy can significantly improve the curative effect and patient satisfaction in the treatment of malignant peritoneal effusion, and it is one of safe and effective treatment methods.
