Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of the incentive psychological intervention on birth process and delivery outcome of primipa-ras. Methods:160 primiparas who had natural childbirth were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(80 pri-miparas in each group). The primiparas in the observation group received routine nursing care combined with incentive psychological inter-vention and the primiparas in the control group only received routine nursing care. The negative emotions, birth process and delivery out-come of the primiparas were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of HAMA,HAMD,SAS and SDS were significantly low-er in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);the first, second and third stage of labor and total stage of labor was shorter in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);the volume of postpartum hemorrhage, puerperal infection cases and the time in bed of the primiparas after delivery was less, fewer and shorter in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);the neonatal Apgar score was higher in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The incentive psychological intervention can relieve anxiety and depression of the primiparas, shorten the birth process and improve delivery outcomes.
