Abstract:Objective:To explore the comprehensive nursing methods and investigate the effect of stent implantation in the treatment of patients with dysuria after transurethral resection of the prostate( TURP ). Methods:83 patients who were treated with stent implantation were randomly divided into the observation group(n=42)and the control group(n=41). The patients in the control group were given rou-tine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care, the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of SAS and SDS were lower in the observation group than the control group after nursing care(P﹤0. 05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of international prostate symptom score( IPSS ),residual urine volume (RUV)and Qmax of the patients between the two groups(P﹤0. 05);the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the obser-vation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing care provided for patients with stent implantation in the treatment of dysuria after TURP can alleviate the anxiety and depression of the patients, improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
