Abstract:Objective:To explore the application methods of clinical nursing path in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD)by interventional surgery and investigate the nursing effects. Methods:85 CHD patients undergoing interventional operation were randomly divided into the observation group(n=43)and the control group(n=42). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and clinical nursing path was additionally applied in the observation group, the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The rate of treatment compliance of the patients was higher in the observation group than the control group after the inter-vention and the rate was higher after the intervention than that before the intervention in the observation group(P﹤0. 05);the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale( HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale( HAMA)were lower after the intervention than those before the interven-tion in the two groups(P﹤0. 05);the scores of HAMD and HAMA were lower in the observation group than the control group after the in-tervention(P﹤0. 05);the rate of patient satisfaction was higher in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Clinical nursing path in the treatment of CHD patients with interventional surgery can improve the treatment compliance and alleviate bad mood of the patients so as to improve patient satisfaction with nursing care.
