Application of clinical nursing path in the improvement of complications and awareness of the disease in patients with basal skul fracture
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path in the improvement of complications and awareness of the disease in patients with basal skull fracture. Methods:96 patients with basal skull fracture were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(48 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care for basal skull fracture patients and the patients in the observation group were provided nursing intervention according to clinical nursing path. The inci-dence of complications,awareness of the disease and the sense of self-efficacy of the patients were compared between the two groups be-fore and after the intervention. Results:The incidence of complications was significantly lower,the awareness of the disease and the sense of self-efficacy of the patients were better in the observation group than the control group after the intervention(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Ap-plication of clinical nursing path can reduce the complications in patients with basal skull fracture and effectively improve the patient′s awareness of the disease so as to provide better conditions for the treatment and rehabilitation of the patients.
