Analysis of the self-management level and influencing factors of patients with CHD
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the self-management level and analyze the influencing factors of patients with coronary heart dis-ease( CHD)in order to provide a theoretical basis for the secondary prevention of CHD. Methods:The self-management questionnaire was used to make an investigation on the self-management level of 160 patients with CHD and the related data were analyzed. Results:The to-tal score of self-management of patients with CHD was 69. 65 ± 11. 83 points and it was in a moderate level. The main influencing fac-tors included the educational level,personal monthly income,medical payment form and health education level. Conclusion:The compre-hensive intervention should be given to the patients with CHD because of the unsatisfactory self-management level.
