Abstract：Objective:To explore the impact of the model of hospital participation in family management in community on quality of life of patients with senile diseases. Methods:100 elderly patients who were discharged from hospital and registered in community were divided into the control group and the study group(50 cases in each group)according to the order of discharge and registration number in communi-ty. The conventional family management model was used in the control group and the model of hospital participation in family management in community was adopted in the study group. SF-36 scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of the elderly patients in the two groups before the intervention and after the intervention for 6 months respectively,and then the change in each dimension of quality of life of the patients was compared between the two groups. Results:After the intervention for 6 months,the scores of each dimension were higher in the study group than the control group(P﹤0. 01,P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The model of hospital participation in family management in commu-nity can promote the rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with senile diseases.
