Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatetheeffectofnursinginterventioninthecontrolofpostoperativepainofthepatientsinthetreatment of lumbar spinal stenosis by decompression. Methods:80 patients who received decompression treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(40 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing intervention and the patients in the observation group were given targeted nursing intervention. The pain level and the adverse reaction of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:The score of pain level at each time node after operation and the incidence of adverse reactions of the patients was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The targeted nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain of the patients and improve nursing quality in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis by decompression.
