Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatetheinfluenceoftheself-madeposturematsonrespiratoryandcirculatoryfunctionofpatientswith spinal operation in prone position. Methods:120 patients who underwent posterior spinal operation were randomly divided into the experi-mental and the control groups(60 cases in each group). In the control group, the YTJ-C spinal operation bracket was placed in prone po-sition,while the self-made posture mats were used instead in the experimental group. Dorsalis pedis, mean arterial blood pressure( MAP), central venous pressure( CVP)and airway resistance( RAW)were detected and compared between the two groups. Results:There were sta-tistically significant differences in the comparison of the change in value of dorsalis pedis,MAP,CVP and RAW between the two groups af-ter patient's body position changed(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The self-made posture mates have little influence on the respiratory and cir-culatory function of patients with spinal operation in prone position.
