Application of nursing intervention to postoperative hemorrhage resulting from rectal mucosal circumcision in the treatment of functional defecation disorders

Abstract:Objective:Toexploretheapproachofapplicationofnursinginterventiononpostoperativehemorrhageresultingfromrectal mucosal circumcision in the treatment of functional defecation disorders. Methods:30 patients with postoperative hemorrhage were selected and they were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group(15 cases in each group),with the consent of the patients and their families. The patients in the control group were given treatment of postoperative hemorrhage and routine nursing care;the psycho-logical nursing intervention and postoperative nursing care were strengthened in the intervention group based on the conventional treatment and nursing care. Results:The duration of operation,healing time,bleeding volume and the incidence of complications were significantly shorter and less and the satisfaction rate of the patients was significantly higher in the intervention group than the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The effect of nursing intervention on postoperative hemorrhage resulting from rectal mucosal circumcision was definite.
