Effect of community nursing intervention with traditionaI Chinese and Western medicine on the residents with insomnia due to subheaIthy conditions
Abstract:Objective:ToexploretheeffectofcommunitynursinginterventionwithtraditionalChineseandWesternmedicineontheres-idents with insomnia due to subhealthy conditions. Methods:100 residents in the community were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(50 cases in each group). The residents in the control group received routine health education and the patients in the observation group were given targeted nursing intervention after treatment with traditional Chinese and Western medicine. PSQI,sub- health symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:The difference in the comparison of the total effective rate was statistically significant between the two groups after the intervention(P ﹤0. 05);the WHO - QOL - BREF scores in psychological and physical fields were significantly superior in the observation group to the control group after the intervention(P ﹤0. 05);the total score of PSQI,the scores of sleep quality,the time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders and daytime function were significantly superior in the observation group to the control group(P ﹤0. 05);the comparison of CD3 and CD4/ CD8 was significantly different after the intervention with that before the intervention in the observation group(P ﹤0. 05)and the difference between the two groups was also statistically significant after the intervention( P ﹤ 0. 05);the comparison of CD3 was significant different after the intervention with that before the intervention in the control group(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The community nursing intervention with traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of insomnia of the residents in subhealthy conditions and improve their life quality and immune function.
