Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatetheeffectofcomfortnursingcareinthetreatmentofpatientswithupperdigestivetracthemorrhage by using gastroscope. Methods:80 patients who were treated with gastroscope were divided into the observation group and the control group ( 40 cases in each group). The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and extra comfort nursing measures were provided for the patients by the specialized nurses in the observation group. The degree of comfort, changes of vital signs, satisfaction rate of nursing care and gastroscopy completion time were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of degree of comfort were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group in 0 hour,6,12 and 24 hours after gastroscopic treatment(P﹤0. 05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of blood pressure and heart rate in the treatment between the two groups( P﹤0. 05);the operation time was significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);the satisfaction rate of nurs-ing care was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The comfort nursing care can sig-nificantly improve patient’s comfort, satisfaction rate of nursing care, nursing quality and work efficiency in the gastroscopic treatment of patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage.
