Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of the targeted nursing intervention on patients with thoracoscopic surgery for non small cell lung cancer. Methods:80 patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the con-trol group(40 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine perioperative nursing care;the targeted nursing intervention was implemented in the observation group based on the routine one. The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications, the length of hospital stay, cost of hospitalization and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications was lower, the length of hospital stay was shorter, cost of hospitalization was lower and patient satis-faction rate was higher in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The targeted nursing intervention on pa-tients with thoracoscopic surgery for non small cell lung cancer can effectively improve the clinical effect and quality of nursing care.
