Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of foresight nursing care on nursing quality and patient satisfaction in the ward of de-partment of anorectal surgery. Methods:88 patients admitted to the department of anorectal surgery of our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(44 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the fore-sight nursing model was adopted in the study group. The self - designed questionnaire was used to conduct a survey on patient′s satisfaction with nursing care and the quality of nursing care of the ward was assessed by head nurse. Results:The satisfaction rate of the patients was 95. 5% in the study group and 77. 3% in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the scores of medical ethics,nursing management,nursing proce-dures and working efficiency were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The foresight nursing care can improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction in the ward of department of anorectal surgery.
