Nursing intervention on 36 patients undergoing laparoscopy combined with transvaginal hysterectomy

Abstract：Objective:To explore the nursing intervention methods and the effect in the laparoscopy combined with transvaginal hyster-ectomy. Methods:72 patients who underwent laparoscopy combined with transvaginal hysterectomy were randomly divided into the experi-mental group and the control group(36 cases in each group). The conventional nursing care for the patients with laparoscopic operation was taken in the control group and the perioperative nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the experimental group. The hos-pitalization days,patient satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The hospitalization days were fewer,patient satisfaction rate of nursing care was higher and the incidence of complications was significantly less in the experi-mental group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The nursing intervention implemented in the laparoscopy combined with trans-vaginal hysterectomy can shorten the hospitalization time,improve patient satisfaction and reduce complications.
