Application of dexmedetomidine to postoperative nursing care of patients with severe preeclampsia
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application effect of dexmedetomidine in the postoperative nursing care of patients with severe preeclampsia. Methods:120 patients with severe preeclampsia were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(60 cases in each group). The conventional treatment and nursing care was given to the patients in the control group;dexmedetomidine was ad-ditionally given to the patients in the experimental group. The physiological index, nursing index and interaction index were compared be-tween the two groups. Results:There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of each index before and after treatment and nursing care in the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05);the comparison of each index was significantly different between the two groups after treatment and nursing care(P ﹤0. 05);the hospitalization time, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and complications were shorter and less in the experimental group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of dexmedetomidine combined with programmed nursing care can effectively promote the recovery of physiological index in the postoperative nursing care of patients with severe preeclampsia.
