Influence of the whole comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical effect in the treatment of patients with chronic respiratory failure

Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of the whole comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical effect in the treatment of pa -tients with chronic respiratory failure .Methods:120 patients with chronic respiratory failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (60 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were given the whole comprehensive nursing intervention .The treatment effect ,the improvement of pulmonary func-tion and mental state of the patients were compared between the two groups .Results:The effective rate of the treatment was higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05);the improvement of pulmonary function of the patients was significantly better in the observation group than the control group ( P<0.05 );the scores of SAS and SDS significantly decreased after the intervention in the two groups,compared with those before the intervention (P<0.05);the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the effect of treatment and the psy-chological state of patients with chronic respiratory failure.
