Application of psychological care to young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease complicated with depression

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of psychological care in young and middle -aged patients with coronary heart disease complicated with depression .Methods:240 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with depression were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (120 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing care;the extra psychological care was implemented in the experimental group .The scores of SDS ,SAS and SCL-90,the effec-tive rate of treatment of depression were compared between the two groups after treatment .Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of SDS ,SAS and SCL -90 and the effective rate of treatment of depression between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological care can relieve the symptoms of depression of young and middle -aged pa-tients with coronary heart disease and improve the curative effect .
