Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application effect of the modified early warning scoring methods to the evaluation on the condi -tions of the patients undergoing pre hospital first aid .Methods:The modified early warning scoring methods were used to analyze the severi-ty of patient's condition in different scores ,distribution characteristics and pre hospital emergency treatment of 2150 patients rescued by 120 first aid system, and the outcome and prognosis of the patients were evaluated .Results:In 2150 patients,1134 patients were evaluated from 0~4 points and 400 of them (35.2%) were given general pre hospital emergency treatment;656 patients from 5~9 points and 621 of them (94.7%) were given pre hospital emergency treatment;360 patients≥10 points and 326 of them were given pre hospital emergency treatment ( P<0.05);the patients evaluated from 5~9 points were transferred to special ward for treatment (69.5%);the patients ≥10 were respectively transferred to special ward and ICU for treatment (89.4%) and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion:The modified early warning scores were positively correlated to the severity of patient 's condition .The patients should be given close moritoring when the modified early warning scores≥5 points, thus the success rate of rescue will be increased .
