Influence of family nursing intervention model on rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients

Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of family nursing intervention model on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia . Methods:60 inpatients with schizophrenia were selected .30 inpatients who were in special required family -type wards were taken as the study group and other 30 inpatients in general psychiatric wards were taken as the control group .The patients in the control group were giv-en conventional treatment and nursing care;the family nursing intervention was additionally provided for the patients in the study group . The compliance of medication and the score of SDSS were compared between the two groups .Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the compliance of medication ,hospitalization days and the score of SDSS between the two groups ( P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The family nursing intervention can enhance the compliance of medication of the patients ,shorten the hospi-talization days and improve the effect of treatment and rehabilitation as well .
