A study on the method of indwel ing gastric tube for patients with tracheal intubation in ICU

Abstract：Objective:To explore the method of indwelling gastric tube for patients with tracheal intubation in ICU .Methods:105 pa-tients with tracheal intubation in ICU were randomly divided into group A ,B and C(35 cases in each group).The conventional intubation was used in group A;air bag deflation was used in group B and the method of dragging trachea was adopted in group C .The one-time suc-cess rate of inserting gastric tube and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the groups .Results:The one-time success rate of inserting gastric tube was higher and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in group C than those in group A and B ( P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The method of indwelling gastric tube by dragging trachea under sedation is safe and reliable in patients with tracheal intubation in ICU .
