Application of the clinical path team model to high quality nursing service in the treatment of patients with diffuse large B-cel lymphoma
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of application of the clinical path team model to high quality nursing service in the treat -ment of patients with diffuse large B -cell lymphoma ( DLBCL ) .Methods:160 patients with DLBCL were divided into the experimental group and the control group (80 cases in each group) according to the time.The routine nursing care was taken in the control group;the model of clinical path team consisting of primary doctor ,team leader,primary nurse and assistant nurse was adopted in the experimental group and the team was set up according to the nurse's work ability and hierarchical management principles .The qualified rate of nursing quality,patient satisfaction,doctor and nurse satisfaction with the model were compared between the two groups .Results:The qualified rate of nursing quality ,patient satisfaction ,doctor and nurse satisfaction with the model were higher and better in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical path team model can optimize the allocation of nursing human resources and work -flow and it can improve patient satisfaction ,quality of nursing care and overall quality of nurses .
