Application of nursing intervention to patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention with stent implantation

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention with stent implantation .Methods:82 patients who recieved percutaneous coronary intervention with stent implantation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ( 41 cases in each group ) .The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the observation group .The scores of objective evaluation on nursing care and the scores of GQOL-74 were observed and compared between the two groups .Results:The degree of patients satisfaction with service attitude and enthusiasm of nurses ,love and communication and health education was higher in the observation group than the control group ( P<0.05);the scores of GQOL-74 in the dimensions of physical function ,psychological function and social function were superior in the ob-servation group to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention on the patients with percutaneous coronary interven-tion with stent implantation can significantly improve their physical and psychological status as well as the quality of life of the patients .
