Application of psychological care to patients with CHD complicated with anxiety disorder

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of psychological care in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD) compli-cated with anxiety disorder .Methods:80 patients with CHD complicated with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (40 cases in each group).The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and extra psychological care was implemented in the observation group ,the nursing effects were compared between the two groups .Results:The scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group after nursing care (P<0.05);the complete compliance rate was higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05);the scores of stable state of angina pectoris ,attack of angina pectoris and cognition on the disease were higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological care can relieve the unhealthy mood of patients with CHD complicated with anxiety disorder and can improve their treatment compliance and re -duce the onset of angina pectoris .
