Application of high quality nursing service to the al eviation of negative emotion of patients in the department of nephrology

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service in relieving negative emotion of patients in the department of nephrology.Methods:46 patients who were admitted and treated in the department of nephrology (from June 2009 to March 2011) were takne as the control group and the patients in this group were given routine nursing care ;other 49 patients ( from September 2012 to May 2013) were taken as the study group and the high quality nursing service was carried out in this group .The scores of SDS and SAS of the patients was respectively evaluated and compared between the two groups before nursing care and in the first week after nursing care .Re-sults:The scores of SAS and SDS were lower in the study group than the control group after the intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing service implemented in the department of nephrology can relieve the negative mood and improve the prognosis of the patients.
