Effect of cardiac intervention and psychological care on the cardiac rehabilitation of young and middle-aged patients with AMI
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of cardiac intervention and psychological care on the cardiac rehabilitation of young and mid -dle-aged patients with acute myocardial infarction ( AMI) .Methods:60 young and middle-aged patients with AMI were randomly divid-ed into the observation group and the control group (30 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were given routine treat-ment and health education;the cardiac intervention and psychological care were given to patients in the observation group based on the rou -tine one.The incidence of cardiac events and compliance behaviour of the patients was compared between the two groups and GQOI -74, SAS,SDS were used to assess the quality of life ,anxiety and depression of the patients .Results:The physical and psychological status and social function of the patients were better in the observation group than the control group and the scores of anxiety and depression decreased significantly in the observation group after the intervention ( P<0.05);the compliance behavior of the patients improved significantly in the observation group (P<0.05) Conclusion:The cardiac intervention and psychological care can significantly improve the mental state of young and middle-aged patients in the cardiac rehabilitation period and can improve their compliance behavior and quality of life .
