Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the restoration of limb functions of post-stroke patients with shoulder-hand syndrome

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the restoration of limb functions of post -stroke patients with shoulder -hand syndrome .Methods:130 post-stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (65 cases in each group).The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing was adopted in the observation group and only rou -tine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group .The efficacy and the scores of Fugl -Meyer and VAS were compared be-tween the two groups .Results:The efficacy was significantly better in the observation group than the control group after the intervention ( P<0.05);the scores of Fugl-Meyer and VAS were superior in both groups after the intervention (P<0.05);the scores of Fugl-Meyer and VAS were superior in the observation group to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing is significant in the treatment of shoulder -hand syndrome of patients with ischemic stroke ,and it can significantly improve the function of upper limb and quality of life of the patients .
