Abstract:Objective:To study the application effect of intestinal microecological preparations to preoperative bowel preparation for pa-tients with radical resection of colon cancer.Methods:180 patients with radical resection of colon cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(90 cases in each group). The bowel preparation was made by using the conventional method in the control group and the patients in the observation group were given ecoimmunonutrition. The number of intestinal flora, postoperative recov-ery and immune function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results:On the 7th day after operation, the number of bifidobacte-rium,lactobacillus and enterococcus was more in the observation group than the control group;the number of escherichia coli,staphylococ-cus and yeast was less in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative anal exhaust time, the time of taking liquid food, the time in bed and hospitalization time was earlier and shorter in the observation group than the control group( P<0.05);the level of IgG,IgM and IgA was higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of intestinal mi-croecological preparations for preoperative bowel preparation is conducive to increasing probiotics, controlling pathogenic bacteria and pro-moting the recovery of body function and immune function in patients with radical resection of colon cancer.
